Arlington Heights
Arlington Heights is a highly popular area that includes North Hi Mount and Hillcrest subdivisions. Beautiful streets, streetlights, sidewalks, and old charm make this area highly desirable. Arlington Heights is in a prime location with easy access to I-30, Camp Bowie, Hulen, museums, and downtown. Homes vary from one story bungalows to 2 story periods style homes. The neighborhood association is highly active in the area and there are widespread revitalization efforts in effect.
Berkeley Place
Berkeley Place is a beautiful neighborhood that includes the Cheltenham subdivision. Berkeley is located south of Mistletoe Heights between 8th Avenue and Forest Park. The neighborhood was originally developed in the 1920’s for professionals working downtown. Berkeley Place has one of the most active Neighborhood Associations in Fort Worth. The neighborhood consists of both one story and two story homes with a great deal of character. Homes vary from beautiful bungalows to tradition Tudor homes. Berkeley Place offers easy access to the Fort Worth Zoo, Medical District, Downtown, and Highways.
Candleridge
Candleridge began development back in the early 1970’s. Candleridge includes Parkwood Estates, The Meadows, French Lake, and Southridge. The majority of homes are one story brick ranch style homes with 2 car garages. There are several parks in the area and playgrounds.
Crestwood

Bellaire Park North
Beautiful parks, trees, and close access to Trinity River make Bellaire Park North a highly desirable area. The neighborhood consists of mainly 2 story homes. Builders include Perry Homes and Steve Hawkins. Home construction started in the late 1980’s and was completed in the mid 1990’s. The Bellaire Park Neighborhood Association is working with the city to furnish playground and park equipment and establish bicycle trails throughout the neighborhood. Bellaire Park is located off Bryant Irvin Road and Bellaire Drive South.
Meadows West
Meadows West is located in Southwest Fort Worth off of Bryant Irvin Road and Bellaire Drive South. Meadows West consists of over 400 traditional and ranch style homes. Home construction started in the early 1980’s and went on into the mid 1990’s. Beautiful parks, trees, and close access to Trinity River make Meadows West a highly desirable area.. Close access to the Trinity River, walking trails, bicycle trails, and private schools make Meadows West an ideal location.
Hawthorne Park Estates
Located off Bryant Irvin Road and Bellaire Drive South Hawthorne Park is located just north of the Mira Vista golf course. Hawthorne Park Estates is a private gated community. With over 40 homes this neighborhood offers beautiful views and custom built homes.
Mira Vista
Mira Vista is one of the most desirable private gated golf communities in the area. The community is over 700 acres and has one of the most outstanding championship golf courses anywhere. Ridglea Country Club Golf Course and Bal Lake make Ridglea a highly desired area as well as the close proximity to Camp Bowie Boulevard.
